Logan Chittum Heck Scholarship Fund

Purpose and History

Established to assist Claiborne County residents, with preference given to female students.

Scholarship Amount

$1,200 one-time award for one year

Eligibility

  • Residency Requirement: Claiborne County
  • Education Requirement: Graduating high school seniors, GED recipients, current college students, or returning adult students
  • GPA Minimum: 2.0
  • College/Enrollment Requirement: Part-time or full-time enrollment at a public or private accredited not-for-profit two-year or four-year college or university, community college, or career and technical post-secondary program.
  • Financial Need: Not required but may be considered in the selection process

NOTE: Applicants and previous recipients may reapply for subsequent years.
